Yes, that is no problem at all. You are welcome to call us on 01638 711 744 during our opening hours Monday - Friday, 9am – 6pm,
when we will be happy to talk to you about your order. We can discuss orders and payment over the phone or alternatively,
we have a shop in Mildenhall where all of the items on our website are on display along with many others.
We always try our upmost to meet the needs of individual customers. If you need an engraved item urgently then
please call us on 01638 711 744 and we will be able to let you know whether we will be able to meet your time frame.
Please accept our sincere apologies for this, unfortunately due to the nature of our work this does very occasionally happen.
Please simply email us within 48 hours of delivery with an image of the broken item to hello@theglassyard.co.uk along with your order details
and we will get a replacement sent out to you asap. Once you have sent us a photo, please dispose of the glass in a safe way.

As a standard, all of our items come wrapped in tissue paper which acts as a type of gift wrap. We also offer different styles of gift boxes for almost all of our items which can help to make your order even more special. In addition we have the option to add a card, handwritten by one of our team, which would allow you to give your personalised gift that added special touch for any occasion - This is particularly useful if you are sending your order out to the recipient directly!
Yes! Although the shop is technically linked to our sister company, if you live nearby and wish to come down to have a look at the items we sell in person, you can do so.

As a general rule, we recommend handwashing all of our engraved items in order to maintain the quality of the glass, however glass items will wash
perfectly fine if popped in the dishwasher and your engraving will not be affected as it is permanently etched in the surface of the glass.
Crystal items are handwash only and will come with a handwash only sticker as the heat from a dishwasher can damage the glass.
Crystal is porous so we recommend rinsing your glass as soon as possible after usage to stop it from staining.
For coasters and other household items, we recommend wiping with a damp cloth.
