Once you have placed your order, we must know of any cancellation or changes to your order ASAP. Providing we have not started work on your order it may be possible to make the required alterations.  

 

In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please email info@theglassyard.co.uk, including details of your order and clear photographs of the issue. Please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving your item.  

 

If you are unhappy with your order please let us know, however it is not possible to return personalised items.
